does not meet the requirements for toys specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of 20 October 2016 on requirements for toys, due to the exceeded index of magnetic induction flux of magnets located entirely in the cylinder, which in case of ingestion of such elements, may lead to perforation or obstruction of the intestine, and consequently to serious internal injuries and due to that all of the tested components fit completely in the measuring cylinder to small parts, which poses a risk of suffocation by cutting off the air supply as a result of internal clogging by toys or parts thereof, wedged in the mouth, throat or at the entrance to the lower respiratory tract.

The above notice is published in connection with the proceedings before the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection.

In view of the above:

  • It should immediately withdraw the product from sale,
  • Consumers who have purchased the product should immediately return to the seller in order to avoid danger to health and life.
